PRINTS

Yes! We will try our very best to accommodate a special request on most of our prints and print sets. If you have a special request to change any of our prints, please email us BEFORE purchasing a print at hi@moonrockprints.com so that we can determine if we can make the requested change. We will reply back to you within 1-2 business days with confirmation of the change request and instructions for purchasing a custom print. Please include the name of the print or product in your email.
Yes! On most of our solid watercolor prints and text prints we can change the color. Please email us at hi@moonrockprints.com with your request. It helps if you have an inspiration photo of the colors you would like to use to send along in the email as well.
Yes! We can change the font on our text prints. If you are interested in changing the font, please email us at hi@moonrockprints.com to request a PDF of all of our font options.
Yes! We are open to changing the saying on any of our print sets or prints with text. Please email us at hi@moonrockprints.com with your request.
Yes! We can add an additional animal to any of our animal family prints. Please email us at hi@moonrockprints.com with your custom request.
Yes! We will try our very best to accommodate a custom size request on our prints and print sets. If you would like to request a custom size, please email us BEFORE purchasing a print at hi@moonrockprints.com so that we can determine if we can make the requested change and provide you with instructions on how to order a custom sized print. Currently the largest size we can print is 16x20 but we are hoping to add larger options soon.
No. At this time we are not formally taking on custom individual projects. We are always looking for new ideas so we welcome you to submit your idea to us using this form. We will be in touch with you if we decide to make your suggested product and add it to our shop. You are always welcome to reach out to us at hi@moonrockprints.com with your idea as well and we would be happy to chat about the product you are looking to have made.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

On average the processing times for our prints is 1-2 business days and on our laser cut items 2-3 business days. Custom pieces may have a longer processing time of up to 4 business days. This does not include transit time with the carrier. We are a small team but we strive to get your order processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@moonrockprints.com as soon as possible. In your cancellation request email please make sure to include your name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate this request. However, we cannot cancel orders after they have been processed or shipped.

Packages are shipped from Houston, Texas. On average, domestic orders will take 3-5 business days.
International shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 weeks to arrive. International shipping is currently pretty slow. Please plan accordingly. There is not much we can do to expedite the international shipping process.
Yes! You can expedite the shipping on your order by selecting that shipping option in the checkout portion of your order. Keep in mind, this does not include our processing times.
We offer free shipping on an order that totals $50 before taxes and after discounts within the United States.
You can find your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. Once the carrier updates the shipping status, you can track your order to your door.
We are sorry! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Please wait a couple of days to see if the package shows up late and then contact the shipping carrier or your local USPS post office. While we cannot control the speed of delivery once packages leave our shop, we understand it is frustrating to experience postal delays, we will try and help you the best we can so feel free to reach out to us at orders@moonrockprints.com.
We strive to package our products with the utmost care so that your prints arrive to you safe and sound. However, if your item arrives damaged please email us at orders@moonrockprints.com with a photo of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product along with your order number. This will help us assist you in replacing your order.
Ut oh, mistakes have been made. We are sorry about that! Please send an email to orders@moonrockprints.com with your order number and a photo of the wrong product. We will make sure you get the correct order ASAP and we will cover the shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our art prints. This is due to the nature of our prints being printed on demand specifically for you. Our experience has been that the prints are fragile and difficult to re-package. They typically arrive back to us damaged. If you really feel strongly about needing to return your print for a specific reason, please reach out to us at orders@moonrockprints.com and we will do our best to address your concern.
If you need to exchange an art print for a different size, please contact us at orders@moonrockprints.com.
No. We can not accept returns on any of our products that have been customized or personalized. Custom orders are final.
Yes. We will accept returns for a refund or shop credit on most items in our shop. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. We will accept returns on milestone markers, closet dividers, signs (that are not custom), keychains (that are not custom), mobile shapes, onesies (unwashed and unused) and mugs (that are not custom). We do not accept returns on any order that has been customized or personalized.
