How soon will my order ship?
On average the processing times for our prints is 1-2 business days and on our laser cut items 2-3 business days. Custom pieces may have a longer processing time of up to 4 business days. This does not include transit time with the carrier. We are a small team but we strive to get your order processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. In your cancellation request email please make sure to include your name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate this request. However, we cannot cancel orders after they have been processed or shipped.
Can I change my address?

In your change of address request email please make sure to include your name, order number, and the correct address. We will do our best to accommodate this request. However, we can not cancel orders after they have been processed or shipped. Please make sure to double check your address before checking out.

How long does normal shipping take before my order will arrive?
Packages are shipped from Houston, Texas. On average, domestic orders will take 3-5 business days.
How long does international shipping take before my order will arrive?
International shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 weeks to arrive. International shipping is currently pretty slow. Please plan accordingly. There is not much we can do to expedite the international shipping process.
Can I expedite shipping on my order?
Yes! You can expedite the shipping on your order by selecting that shipping option in the checkout portion of your order. Keep in mind, this does not include our processing times.
Where can I find my tracking information?
You can find your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. Once the carrier updates the shipping status, you can track your order to your door.
I think my order is lost.
What should I do? We are sorry! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Please wait a couple of days to see if the package shows up late and then contact the shipping carrier or your local USPS post office. While we cannot control the speed of delivery once packages leave our shop, we understand it is frustrating to experience postal delays, we will try and help you the best we can so feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We strive to package our products with the utmost care so that your prints arrive to you safe and sound. However, if your item arrives damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product along with your order number. This will help us assist you in replacing your order.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Ut oh, mistakes have been made. We are sorry about that! Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the wrong product. We will make sure you get the correct order ASAP and we will cover the shipping.
